Terms of Service

By using Court Companion ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Don't try to break, probe, or overload the Service.
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone's rights.
• Don't share an account in a way that abuses paid-plan limits.

You own the rosters, games, and stats you enter. You grant us the limited rights we need to store, sync, and display that data back to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; your current cycle is honored at the old rate.

The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. Stats and game data are a convenience, not an official record. Always keep your own backup of anything critical.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
