When you use Court Companion without an account, your roster and game data stay on your device in local storage. We don't send it anywhere.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and the game data you choose to sync to the cloud. We do not collect player names from opposing teams.

• To authenticate you and sync your data across devices.
• To send service emails (sign-in, password reset, billing if applicable).
• To produce aggregate, anonymous product analytics (page views, feature usage).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

We use privacy-respecting analytics provided by our hosting platform. These analytics count page views and visits in aggregate. No personally identifying information is shared with third-party advertising networks.

Account data is stored with our backend provider, which provides encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security restricts access so only you can read or modify your own data.

You can export your game data at any time from the app. You can delete your account by emailing us — we'll remove your profile and game data within 30 days.

We use first-party cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
